Vinyasa Flow

A long-time resident of Iowa City and graduate of the University of Iowa, Jenny is an art teacher at West High School. Active in athletic endeavors such as gymnastics, running and tennis throughout her life, Jenny has been practicing yoga for six years and teaching yoga for four years. She loves the combination of strength, discipline, flexibility and calm that yoga brings to her life.

In addition to her teaching, Jenny’s metalworking and jewelry can be seen in stores and shows around Iowa City. Jenny also enjoys cooking, running, kayaking and relaxing with her husband and their five dogs and six cats.
