  • All classes are available on a 'walk-in' basis with the exception of beginner classes.
  • New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to register.
  • Mats, towels and water may be required for some classes (All available for purchase).
  • Showers and locker rooms available on site.
  • Make sure the instructor knows about specific injuries or special medical conditions.

Membership FAQ

Q: I am not in the greatest shape. Does the studio have an exercise plan for me?

A: Yes! We offer a broad range of classes designed for all fitness levels.

Q: I have a disability. Can I still benefit from your fitness programs?

A: Absolutely! Please be sure to inform the instructor about the nature of your disability before class.

Q: Do your fitness classes require special clothing or materials?

A: It depends on the class. Certain classes require mats and towels, both of which can be purchased at the Studio. In general, clothing should be loose and comfortable, allowing for a large range of motion. For more specific information about a particular class, see our class list.

Q: Do you allow 'walk-ins' or do I need to purchase a membership?

A: Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. Certain classes require previous experience, so we do ask first time visitors to come 15 minutes early to register and discuss your own personal fitness needs and expectations.

Q: I have an irregular schedule. Is that a problem?

A: No. We have morning, afternoon and evening classes. Click here for the current class schedule.

Q: I'm uncertain about which exercise program I would like best. Can I try them all?

A: Yes. We have membership plans that allow you to try each class until you find one that is right for you. Or, for the fitness buff who can't get enough, we offer the unlimited Lifestyle package, described above.

Q: I'm on a tight schedule. Do you have changing rooms and showers on sight?

A: Yes. We have a complete men's and women's bath facility and changing rooms.

Q: My physician recommends that I start a 'low-impact' exercise program. Do you have a class for me?

A: Yes. We have several low impact exercise classes. Contact us, or review our class list to determine if we have a program that is right for you.

Q: I'm interested in Yoga, but I don't know much about it. Do I need foreknowledge of Yoga to participate?

A: No. Even our instructors had to learn somehow. Trying something new takes courage and a sense of adventure. Our highly trained Yoga instructors are experts at what they do and enjoy teaching others based on personal knowledge and experience of how Yoga can change your life.
